The PHL2700 terminal is a programmable handheld which, in its standard version, is provided with a laser barcode reader for identification. Optionally, the PHL2700 dual reader is available to read both barcodes and RF-ID tags. It supports all linear symbologies and RSS - 14, RSS - limited and RSS – expanded. Further, the PHL2700 carries 8MB RAM, protects your data up to 30 days, and is programmable, lightweight and easy to use. The main battery supplies power to the unit.
For communication, the PHL2700 is equipped with an IrDA and RS232 serial interface for communication up to 115,200 baud. Through these interfaces, the terminal is able to communicate with the cradle or apart from the cradle to all computer devices that use IrDA or by connecting it directly to the serial port of the computer. Belt printers can also be easily connected to the PHL2700 thanks to the ideal location of the IrDA window.
This kit includes the terminal with 8Mb RAM, integrated laser barcode reader, cradle, cable, battery and RapidGen software.
