The LG2 is rugged and built to last. Not only is it design ideal for rough handling in tough environments, it’s also lightweight enough for office or retail use.
The LG2 reads 2 dimensional and matrix barcode s as well as providing omnidirectional reading of barcodes. This hand-held is great at reading small, very high-density symbols. It’s also great for reading barcodes at extended ranges.
The technology used for the high performance of the LG2 is superior to most barcode readers. For optimal reading at both near and far distances, the LG2 has dual optical paths. The 400 MHz, 32-Bit microprocessor allows for super-fast decoding, and a 1.3 million-pixel CMOS sensor guarantees high-density images of good quality. The non-volatile, on-board memory of 8 MB allows for the storage of enormous quantities of data. You can store up to 4,000 reads from a single battery charge. That’s enough memory to store an entire shift’s data!
The cabled imager can be used like a traditional barcode reader, and comes with a Wedge (PS/2) interface.
This model can be used with or without the gun handle.
