Socket’s CHS7P ruggedized features a powerful Class 1 Bluetooth® radio, so you can stay connected to your computer at the maximum possible range. Bluetooth® wireless technology transforms how devices connect with each other, giving you new possibilities for using your mobile computer with other devices without the hassle of cables or the awkwardness of a protruding antenna. In fact, if you enable the Bluetooth® technology, your CHS7P ruggedized is compatible with the following mobile computers: Pocket PC 2003 (Windows Mobile), Windows XP, or XP Tablet, Palm PDA, Symbian OS device (Series 60 or 80), and the RIM OS device (BlackBerry). Further, if Bluetooth® is enabled, your CHS7P ruggedized has a maximum range of 300 feet (100 m) if connected to another Class 1 Bluetooth® device.
