Keyboard Wedge Interface
The MS180 delivers flexible, multiple interface design that supports keyboard wedge, RS232, USB, wand emulation and sixteen popular terminals by simply replacing the cable. This feature helps to prevent costly downtime caused by damaged cables. In addition, the IBM PC XT/AT keyboard wedge interface supports 8 different character sets!
The MS180 has a powerful built-in decoder that reads all major symbologies and allows for the editing and modifying of scanned data before sending it to the host device.
Barcode menus provide extensive configuration options. The settings for each configuration can then be cloned to other readers through the use of custom barcode labels.
The wonderfully ergonomic design makes the scanning process easier and more comfortable. Not only does the MS180 look great, but it is also extremely rugged.
